Welcome to the final week of our Wedding Design Inspiration series! We have had such a lovely time walking you through so many of Traci Tessone's beautifully designed weddings. Each wedding truly representing the vision of the bride and groom, and each wedding exquisitely designed! This week we are sharing design inspiration on a Romantic Wedding! This is such a classic and traditional wedding theme that truly has stood the test of time. Classic romance is beautiful, elegant and ethereal - everything a wedding day should be about! A romantic wedding is expressed most profoundly through soft, delicate hues and lots of florals.

Romantic Wedding

The Venue

.

The bride and groom's venue choice was an old train station that was re-purposed into a grand ballroom filled with crystal chandeliers, stunning architecture and gorgeous arched ceilings. This beautiful space was so ideal for a romantic design!

Florals and Guest Tables

.

To create a Romantic themed wedding, Traci filled the space with blush and ivory flowers. The gorgeous arrangements complimented the light and airy whitewashed venue space.

Glass vases paired with natural wood lanterns adorned the guest tables. The soft etheral flower arrangements were scattered in different heights and sizes to create the centerpieces.

The centerpieces were slightly different at each table making each collection feel hand-curated. To compliment the natural wood lanterns, some of the florals were arranged in a natural wood boxes. Sweet tea light candles were placed around each table. Try and use different textures at your tables to create a unique feel.

The Cake

.

A classic Romantic wedding must have a tiered cake topped with gorgeous florals! This wedding was no exception. A perfectly tiered white frosted cake was adorned with a large floral topper! If you desire a romantic wedding, a tiered cake is the classic touch you need.

The Bouquets

The bouquets were each wrapped with lace and adorned with a vintage brooch to add a touch of romantic sparkle. The bouquets were created with the same soft light hues as the centerpieces.

Perfectly romantic! We just love how Traci creates a cohesive floral palette. Be sure to be very clear with your florist about your color palette and theme! Having the floral arrangements compliment each other brings the entire design together!

The Details

Traci created these sweet and romantic spaces around the venue which were designed similar to the guest tables. Floral arrangements of different heights and styles, paired with the natural wood textures of the lanterns and wine box further tie the design together. The design does not stop at the tables - fill the space with vignettes to take your wedding to the next level!

The guests were able to take fun photos to leave for the bride and groom to remember their special day! What a beautiful way to introduce the photobooth. Notice how the design elements of this little space tie together with the rest of the decor! Be consistent in your design style, color palette and decor - it does make a difference.
